Only 10 min. to downtown Portland or Beaverton. House is set up with three separate living spaces with a central kitchen. Each space has its own living room with separate entrance and bedroom with full bath, we share kitchen and laundry room. The space for rent has many skylights which gives it a light and open feel. The property is very privet and quite. Will consider a well mannered house trained pet. No puppies please. The rent is $675 per month with deposit.
