Debra Frair of Charlotte,NC and Vincent Frair of Palm Beach,FL are pleased to announce the engagement of their son Kyle Matthew Frair of Greenville SC to Kirby Christine Center daughter of John and Lori Center of Greenville SC.
Kyle is the grandson of Hugo and Virginia Raulli of Liverpool,NY and a
2005 graduate of Cicero-North Syracuse High School. He graduate in 2009 from Winthrop University in Rock Hill SC. Kyle is employed at the Law Office of Paul A. Krasker,P.A. as a Paralegal.
Kirby is a 2011 graduate of Winthrop University and is employed at Rudolph Gordon Elementary as a Second Grade Teacher
An October 4th wedding is planned in Greenville,SC
