Congratulations to Ryan J. Scott, son of Ron and Bonnie Scott of Baldwinsville, on his graduation from Michigan State University, and his commissioning as an Officer into the United States Army.  Ryan graduates cum laude with a degree in History, along with receiving Distinguished Military Honors (top ten percent of his graduating class nationwide, in scholarship, military aptitude, moral character, and leadership).  Ryan will serve as a 2nd Lieutenant, Armor Division, and will report to Fort Benning in October.  Ryan is a 2010 Baker High School graduate.
