Keith and Deborah Benjamin of Bernhard's Bay are very excited to announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashlee Marie Benjamin to Ronald Rudolph Valente, son of Louis and Catherine Valente of Cary, North Carolina. Ashlee is the granddaughter of Hilda and the late Harry Benjamin of North Syracuse as well as the late Ronald Miller of Baldwinsville and the late Carol Wills of North Syracuse. Ronald is the grandson of Rudolph and Mary Valente of Boca Raton, Florida, and Catherine Lovejoy of Stuart, Florida. Ashlee and Ron are both graduates of Rochester Institute of Technology. Ashlee is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Duke University, and Ron is employed by Cisco Systems in North Carolina. Ashlee and Ron became engaged on September 10, 2012 while on a cruise to Bermuda. They will be married on October 11, 2013 in North Carolina.
