Sue and Mel Taber, of Syracuse, and Brian Masters, of Camillus, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Marcey Mae Masters, to Michael Joseph Fasulo, Jr., son of Lorraine and Michael Fasulo, of Cicero.  Marcey is a graduate of West Genesee High School and SUNY Oswego with a bachelor's degree in childhood education. She received a master's degree in special education from SUNY Oswego.  She is an elementary school teacher in the Syracuse City School District.  Michael is a graduate of East Syracuse Minoa High School and Syracuse University, with a bachelor's degree in finance.  He is a financial advisor with AXA Advisors.  They are planning a June 1st, 2013 wedding in Syracuse.
