Christina and Christopher Ciereck, of Syracuse, announce the birth of their daughter. Maria Elena was born December 24, 2011 at Upstate University Hospital at Community General, and joins big sister Sofia Marie. She weighed 6 lb. 8.7 oz. and was 20" long.
Maternal grandparents are Rita and Joseph J. Nicoletti, of Syracuse. Paternal grandparents are Joanne and Stanley Ciereck, of Syracuse.
