Richard and Sharon Sweet celebrated their 50th anniversary with a dinner in Atlanta Ga. with their children and grandchildren on Dec 27,2012. Also a dinner party was held on their actual wedding date on January 12, 2013 at RFH Hideaway in Phoenix, NY with more family and friends.
Dick and Sharon were married Jan.12,1963 in the Hannibal Methodist Church. Dick was co-partner of Sweet-Woods Memorial Co. in Phoenix. Sharon also also worked many years in the office of Sweet-Woods.
Together Dick & Sharon have raised three childreen, Alan, Michelle R& Maureen. They have a daughter-in-law Amy Sweet and five grandchildren Riley & Morgan Ennis, Brennan, William, & Bella Sweet.
Until recently Dick & Sharon spent their summers at Butterfield Lake at a family cottage. Now they spend their winters in Fort Oierce, Fl. They have enjoyed many travels and visiting their family in the Atlanta area.
