Matthew and Tina Bowman of Syracuse announce the birth of their daughter, Samantha Kaitlyn, born on December 10, 2012 at Crouse Hospital. She weighed 7 lb. 12 oz. and was 20 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Chuck and Carol Schweitzer of Buffalo, NY. Paternal parents are David and Beth Bowman of Auburn, NY. Samantha joins proud big sister Alanna, 5.
