Description

   Cassandra and Robert Burch of Syracuse and Robert Paddock of Camillus are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter, Tracy Ann Paddock, to Kevin Michael O'Neill, son of Barbara and Donald "Butch" O'Neill of Syracuse.
   Tracy is a graduate of LeMoyne College and is employed as a Physician Assistant at Nephrology Associates of Syracuse, P.C. Kevin is a graduate of SUNY Oswego and is employed at Bristol Myers Squibb. Both are graduates of West Genesee High School.
   The wedding will take place in October 2013.
