Mr. & Mrs. Richard W. Dwelly Jr. of Manlius are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter Michelle M. Dwelly to William R. McDougal Jr. son of Mr. & Mrs. Willliam R. McDougal Sr. of Fayetteville. Both are graduates of Fayetteville-Manlius High School. Michelle is employed by Enable Inc. and Bill is currently employed with Mark Eallonardo Construction. The couple became engaged on Christmas Eve Day. A October 2013 wedding is planned with a honeymoon to follow in Costa Rica.
