Richard and Elizabeth Jarvis of Liverpool are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Lynn Jarvis to Patrick Thomas Cooney, son of Thomas and Kathleen Cooney of Chittenango. The bride-to-be is a Graduate of SUNY Upstate Medical University and is currently pursuing her Masters. Stephanie is a RN in the PICU at Golisano's Children's Hospital. Patrick is a Graduate of the Universities of Buffalo and Maryland. He holds a BA in Mathematics and a MS in IT. He is employed by a Government Agency as a lead network administrator. The couple is planning a 2013 wedding.
