Guy V. and Anna Maria Tuori of Cicero, N.Y., along with Drs Terry and Gale O'Connor of Orchard Park, N.Y. are proud to announce the engagement of their children, Guy and Rebecca.  Guy is a graduate of Cicero-North Syracuse High School and State University of New York at Buffalo with a degree in computer engineering.  He is currently employed as a software engineer at L.B.I. Software in Woodbury, N.Y.  Rebecca is a graduate of Orchard Park High School, State University of New York at Buffalo and will receive her Master's Degree in School Psychology in May from Niagara University.  The couple met at college in Buffalo.  A June 2013 wedding is planned in Buffalo.
