    Mr. and Mrs. Harvey M. Millier III of Drexel Hill, PA announce the engagement of their daughter, Samantha Leland, to Mr. Michael John Balestra, son of Mr. and Mrs. William J. Balestra of Camillus, NY.  
    Samantha and Mike met as undergraduates at Colgate University and both graduated from University of Kentucky College of Law in Lexington, KY. The future bride is employed by Mackenzie Hughes LLP in Syracuse, NY. The future groom is employed by Menter, Rudin & Trivelpiece, PC in Syracuse, NY.  
    A June wedding is planned in Skaneateles, NY. The couple will honeymoon in Italy and reside in Skaneateles, NY.
