The City of Montrose is accepting applications for an Assistant Finance
Director to supervise and manage the operations of the Finance Department. Position performs professional accounting and
auditing functions related to financial operations, payroll, cash management,
budget, and internal control to assure fiscal responsibility and
accountability. Requirements include a
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in accounting, business or related field, five (5)
years related experience and
a valid driver’s license. Current Certified
Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred. Annual salary is
$60,000 to $65,000, depending on experience, plus full benefit package.
