Human Resources Manager
Mountain Coal Company has an opening for a Human Resources Supervisor at the West Elk Mine located near
Paonia, Colorado. The position is responsible for the administration of benefi ts, salary and wage programs, human resource policies, programs and practices. As a member of the senior management team, the HR Manager will lead all recruiting, hiring, retention and succession planning eff orts and provide the leadership and guidance essential to the overall success of the operation.
Basic requirements for application for this position are as follows:
* B.S. Degree in Human Resources or relevant experience
* Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Computer skills including Excel, MicroSoft Word, PowerPoint
* Previous Supervisory Experience
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Demonstrated leadership skills
