What do I do if I can't login?

If you are having problems logging into your account, verify you are using the right email address and password. Note that passwords are case sensitive.

If you continue have problems try resetting your password to your account by clicking on the "I forgot my password" hyperlink (this is right below the "sign in" button) and follow the instructions.

What do I do if I Forgot My Password or my Password Doesn't Work?

If you are having problems with your password or you have forgotten your password you will need to reset it. For security reasons we can not retrieve your password for you.

What If I Need to Change My Online Ad?

You can change your online ad at any time, including the ability to change your online ad text, manage your photos and multimedia.

Once logged in click on the "My Ads Online" hyperlink on the left.
Your "My Ads Online" area will list any ads you have or had on our marketplace including their status. You can change any open ad's information by clicking on the appropriate button image next the ad's description on this page.

How Do I Add More Photos to My Online Ad?

Follow the instructions under "What If I Need to Change My Online Ad". Once you are on the "My Ads Online" page click on the photos image button for your ad you want to upload images for, this will take you to the Image Manager for your ad. Follow the instructions on the page to upload your photos.

How do I create images and text of my items?

The best way to create images is with a digital camera, digital movie camera or desktop scanner. There is a text-editing facility in the ad wizard.

What Type of Photos Can I Upload?

We currently accept photos in the following formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .giff, .png, .tif, .tiff, and .bmp

How do I Cancel My Online Ad?

To cancel your online ad, login to your account (CLICK HERE)

Once logged in click on the "My Ads Online" hyperlink on the left.

Your "My Ads Online" area will list any ads you have or had on our marketplace including their status. To close or cancel your online ad click on the "Cancel" image button. *

How do I Renew or Cancel My Print Ad?

Please email us at help@superidaho.com to renew or cancel your print ad, include your name, telephone number and information on the print ad you would like us to cancel.

How long does it take for my ad to appear online and to have photos and text approved?

It can take up to one business day for ads, text, and photos to go online. Please allow at least 24 hours for any changes to your online ad to appear online.

How is my privacy protected?
All data we collect is secured at our site. Individually identifiable information will never be sold or given to others unless required by legal authorities. Our current privacy policy is posted on the web site for your review. You must agree to our privacy policy in order to buy or sell via this website.

Is the print classified ad the same as the on-line version?
The print ad is the same as the online ad untill the seller enhances their online ad. Users will be able to identify all of the online ads with enhancements via an additional button that is added to their online ad (e.g. More Info., Buy Now, Make An Offer). This buttons provide a link that allows the buyers to get additional information about the item, such as pictures, movies, or extended text descriptions.

What does it mean if my pictures or text are not approved?
Photos and text are reviewed by SuperIdaho.com for inappropriate content. If the content or images that are uploaded are not appropriate, they will not be approved and you will have to resubmit new content.

Is my ad considered a legally binding offer?
No, your ad is a request for offers from buyers. It does not become binding until you accept the price and the offer.

How do I know if a buyer sent me an offer?
You will receive an email sent to the address in your account notifying you of an offer. If you have offers pending, you will need to act on them. This can be accomplished via the transactions section of the Account Maintenance section on the web site.

How do I reject an offer?
You can explicitly reject an offer in the transaction section of Account Maintenance on the web site. If you do accept an offer, any other outstanding offers made by other buyers are automatically rejected.

What if the buyer backs out, can I re-contact the next best offer?
No. The buyer is legally bound to fulfill his requirements on the transaction. We assume that users will fulfill their responsibility. If they do not, please leave appropriate feedback.

How do I negotiate with buyers?
You can negotiate by rejecting their offer and leaving a note in the rejection reason. You can also lower the price of your item in the Account maintenance section.

What if I don't receive payment from a buyer?
If you don't receive payment, don't ship or deliver the item. Leave appropriate feedback.

Do I charge sales tax?
Certain businesses are required to charge sales tax. The sales tax is based on the delivery address of the buyer, if the item is shipped. You can set up the sales tax amounts that are automatically calculated in the Account Maintenance section. Most individuals do not have to collect sales tax.
