Work includes: selective demolition, framing, rough mechanical, electrical & plumbing, insulation & drywall, ceramic tile, carpet & paint, finish mechanical, electrical & plumbing, cabinets & fixture installations, test & balance, final cleanup. Repair and reconstruction of existing improvements affected by the Work, and incidentals for a complete and usable facility needs to also occur.

1.3.2 Location of Work: The project is located at WEESE WATER FILTRATION PLANT located at 3885 Silverleaf Lane, Vista, CA 92084.

1.3.3 Plan Reference Numbers: W15-00004

1.3.4 Time for Completion. Time is of the essence in the performance of work under this contract. All work shall be completed in every detail to the satisfaction of the Engineer, exclusive of Maintenance Periods, within 135 working days after the commencement date set forth in the Notice to Proceed.

1.3.5 Liquidated Damages: Per Section 7 of the General Provisions, Subsection 7.24, the Liquidated Damages for failure of the CONTRACTOR to complete the work
within the Contract Time set forth in Subsection 1.3.4 and Section 6, Notice to Proceed are in the sum of five hundred dollars ($500) per consecutive day in excess of the contract time.
