Western Regional Off-Track Betting, 8315 Park Road, Batavia, New York 14020 is seeking bids for the New Race Paddock at Batavia Downs, 8315 Park Road, Batavia, New York 14020. The 31,000 square foot building will be completed in phases. This work is Phase 1 and includes site work, preliminary electric work, preliminary plumbing work and pole barn construction. Project Manual and Plans will be available on April 25, 2017 from Fraser Engineering and Design Services, telephone number 585-582-2533. Payment of labor rates will be in compliance with New York State defined prevailing wages for the Batavia vicinity. A Pre-bid meeting will be held on May 3, 2017 at 9:00 am on site. Meeting attendance is not required for bidding but recommended. Written bids will be accepted via hand delivery, mail or commercial delivery to Gayle Ashbery, Director of Purchasing, Western Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation, 8315 Park Road Batavia, New York 14020 until 2:30 pm May 12, 2017. At that time, the bids will be read publicly in the Western Regional Off-Track Betting Board of Directors Meeting Room at 8315 Park Road, Batavia, New York.
