The Quinault Indian Nation is accepting applications for a Senior Assistant Attorney General for Children and Elder Services. This full-time position will provide legal counsel and representation to the Nation's Family Services Department and Child Support Services Program. The successful candidate will have experience working with the Indian Child Welfare Act, minor-in-need-of-care cases, Title IV-E and tribal child support, and other child and elder welfare laws. At least five years of experience practicing law with a minimum of three years in Indian Country is preferred. Must be member in good standing of WSBA, or ability to obtain membership within 6 months of hire.
