Swan d/b/a Gems Jewelers. The property will be sold in separate lots arranged by category to the highest bidder for cash. Property includes: jewelry, jewelry repair tools and devices, display cases, furniture, small appliances, and electronics. All property is sold as-is, where is, with no warranty of merchantability, fitness, or title. Landlord reserves the right to refuse any bids, to cancel the sale, to remove items from sale, and to bid in to property subject to the lien.
