Rent is for guest bedroom with guest bathroom and use of living area (den, living room, dining room, half bath, utility room w/ washer and dryer, office w/ color printer, and gourmet kitchen). Kitchen includes stainless steel range, range hood, refrigerator, double oven, warming drawer, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and mini beverage fridge. Off street parking in driveway. Patio and huge yard. Near PJ's Coffee, Rouse's, Quizno's, Burger King, Smoothie King, Subway, Capital One, Chevron, Shell. Directly across the street from park. 24/7 security patrol. 10 minutes to downtown. 5 minutes to lakefront.

Bedroom includes two reach-in closets, bedroom set, mounted flat screen tv, surround sound, and a/v receiver.
