Room for rent in a Lakeview 2 BR 2 1/2 BH house. $575 including utilities (water and sewage, lawn maintenance, electricity, cable, wireless internet, and security monitoring). You'll have your own bathroom and a walk-in closet. The house has a small fenced yard, a front deck, security system, a laundry room, a living room, a kitchen, and a den. The room has a desk and a twin bed (if you need it).
We are a young, easy-to-get-along couple. We also have a small, very friendly, hypoallergenic dog. We're looking for a clean, organized, responsible roommate. Small dog ok but no cats please, we're a little allergic to them.
This is a nice and convenient area in Lakeview. It takes us 10-15 min to go to school, work, shopping, eating out, and going out. Most importantly, you'll have great roommates to keep you company.
