I am a female graduate student at LSUs Health Sciences Center, and I am seeking two FEMALE students / professionals to share a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. My current two roommates are graduate students at Tulane's School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, and they are finishing their graduate degree in December 2009. The three of us did not know each other when we moved into the home in August 2008. We all met on Craig's List, and it has worked out quite well! Im clean and respectful, and Im looking for two roommates with those same qualities.

The house is 2,400 square feet and has the following amenities:
- central heating and AC
- ceiling fans in all rooms
- washer and dryer inside the home
- large, fully furnished kitchen with a gas stove and a dishwasher
- wireless internet
- backyard deck and fenced-in yard
- high ceilings and lots of windows
- hardwood floors throughout except in bedrooms
- 3 fireplaces
- lots of storage space
- LOCATION! The house is located near the intersection of Danneel St. and Napoleon Ave. in Uptown. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, 4 blocks from St. Charles Ave., 10-minute walk to Magazine St., 1 mile from Audubon Park!!!
Half of last year's Uptown Mardi Gras parades passed within 4 blocks or
less from our home!!!

The rooms for rent are upstairs and unfurnished. One room opens onto a balcony, has two skylights, built-in shelves, a ceiling fan, an extra window AC unit, and lots and lots of closet space. The other room has two skylights, a ceiling fan, and an enormous walk-in closet. The picture attached to this ad is of our kitchen.

The rent is $645 per month per person (water/yard services are included), and we will each sign an individual lease with the landlord. Additional fees include internet ($10 per person) and utilities ($40-$80 per person depending on usage).

Roommates with furniture for the rest of the house are welcome. No pets allowed. Outside smokers only.
