Estacada country living. I have a 2600 sq ft home with two acres and 1/2 acre fenced with a finished basement that has 2 rooms left for rent. Take one for 450 and the second for a bit more if needed maybe for storage. Both are furnished right now with a little bit of storage space as well. All utilities included. Comes with Dish TV HBO, SHOWTIME, CINEMAX, furnished or unfurnished. Paved parking for one or two vehicles. Free local Phone, Wifi Internet, big kitchen, and washer and dryer near bedrooms. Large spacious bedrooms. children welcome. We are husband and wife needing a room mate and I am a full time student with about two years left.
