Description

I have a 3bed/2bath 1500sq ft house built in 2005 that I am looking to rent a room in. The house is located in a newer subdivision with a park close by. Prefer a clean and responsible person who will pay rent on time.
I am a 26 year old male that enjoys many outdoor sports.
No preference on male or female roommate, but would like someone in the same age range. No pets please.
$400/month + 1/2 utilities (cable, gas, elec,garbage, sewer/water)
