I am a single, 26 yr old working female. I have a three bedroom, one and a half bath house. The house that I am renting has a large porch, completely fenced in back yard, jacuzzi, garage, wood burning stove, washer, dryer, garbage disposer, internet, cable TV and dishwasher. House is completely furnished and well taken care of. I am quiet, neat, clean and respectful. Rent $400 plus half the utilities. Must love dogs, I will be getting one this week
