You will have full access to the kitchen, dining room and Living Room with TV/Fireplace. Laundry Room for your use. High speed wireless Internet and cable included. Cable box extra for your room.

Rent is $500 (Includes gas, electric, water, trash, wireless internet). No inside smoking or animals. My house is clean and tidy. Big backyard, nice deck and plenty of basement storage. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Near just about everything. Close to 28th Street, the Beltline, M6, 131, I-96 and the airport. 5 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to Downtown, 1 minute to 28th Street and 44th Street.
