Description

Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment in St. George. Large living room, 2 moderately sized bedrooms, half kitchen and full bath. The apartment is furnished save for your bedroom, however, I am not against changing the decor. Rent is $600 a month + half utilities consisting of Gas, Electric and Cable (Verizon Fios wireless internet and cable). The apartment is a block from the Staten Island ferry so you have extremely easy access to Manhattan and all bus lines. My roommate was relocated for his job and there is no one occupying the room now, so arrangements can be made to move in as soon as you like. Please be pet friendly, I have a cat.
