Looking for someone to sublet my beautiful, large bedroom on 107 Clarke St. $450/mo includes utilities. Internet $10. Clean house, friendly roommates. Off street parking included, garbage/maintenance service taken care of weekly. Room is very spacious, with large south facing bay windows for lots of light. Also has hardwood floors and is fully furnished. Rental period is from January 1, 2010 to June 1, 2010 with option of continuing lease!
