Robert and Cecily Archer of Bangor, PA and Daniel and Jeannette Francois of Stroudsburg, PA, are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Maria Ann Archer and Donald Stanley Francois. Miss Archer graduated from East Stroudsburg University and is employed by East Stroudsburg North High School as a Science Teacher. Mr. Francois graduated from East Stroudsburg University and is employed at Marypaul Laboratories as a Quality Assurance Quality Control Technician. The wedding will be held at Cornerstone Baptist Church and the reception at Valley View Inn on July 31, 2010.
