Oversee caseload of probation supervision client, electronic monitoring offenders, and/or Court ordered Useful Public Service offenders.
Treat all clients with dignity and respect
Maintain an accurate and complete case file for each client on caseload.
Perform assessments/reassessments as required.
Construct case plans for client supervision purposes.
Review client documentation at each office visit.
Detail and explain verbally to the client, the client case plan to ensure that the client understands his/her responsibilities
Conduct orientation meetings with new clients and explain program rules and regulations.
Enter client data into ICON.
Monitor drug and alcohol tests and same sex urine screens as required
.Based on sentencing information, set client schedules and detail all approved activities for each client.
Approve temporary schedule changes for allowed activities.
Serve as the initial contact for client complaints and grievances.
If required, ensure compliance with alcohol and/or drugs/narcotics counseling.
Report all program violations to the referral agency via the established Intervention policies.
Work with probation staff on all client issues and client staffing as recommended by contract.
Trouble shoot equipment problems and relay technical issues to the Program Manager for resolution.
Assess client fees.
Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice, Social or Behavioral Sciences or related field required.
1 year exp in criminal justice, community corrections, or general corrections field work with an offender population preferred.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus!
Must possess a valid Colorado drivers license and valid insurance
Must provide information for and pass a criminal history record check.
