Human Resource Coordinator/
The Clifton Water District is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator responsible for the coordination of HR functions within the District.
The position requires:
-Two years of college or technical school. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
-Two years of Human
Resources experience and office experience.
-High level of computer
-Professional HR certification helpful
This position is responsible for the administration of a variety human resources activities including staffing, recruitment, compensation, new employee orientation, training, benefits administration, worker's comp, retirement plans, workplace safety, maintenance of personnel files, CDL requirements, updates to the District's website and communicating human resource matters to employees. The position also performs Administrative Assistant duties for District management and the Board of Directors and serves as back-up for the District's Customer Service Representative and general office duties.
