This position is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, promoting, and facilitating life enrichment opportunities for individuals that reside in Hilltop's Senior Living Communities. This position is responsible for implementing comprehensive activities and services that promote healthy, activity enriched lifestyles for residents utilizing seven dimensions of wellness: social, intellectual, physical, emotional, spiritual, environmental, and vocational. This position is critical to the wellbeing of the individuals in our care and is a member of the Leadership Team at The Fountains.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
You'll partner with Nursing staff and other health care team members to provide optimum, quality patient care. Requirements include the following:
• Successful completion of an accredited Certified Nursing
Assistant program required.
• Colorado CNA certification.
• 2 years of direct patient care experience in a CNA role; CNA experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• High school/GED is required
Kitchen Staff and Food Service Workers
Performs a variety of duties related to the daily operations of the Hospital's Dietary Department. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
