Representative
for segmental/modular retaining wall systems including but not limited to
Lock+Load, Redi-Rock, and other internal patented wall systems with emphasis on
Colorado and
surrounding states.  Will require travel to western Colorado,
New Mexico, and Wyoming. 
Position reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager. 

Major responsibilities include but
are not limited to:


Actively
seek new customers through presentations, networking, media, electronic
resources, database research, or other appropriate means.
Monitor
retaining wall projects that are advertised for bidding.

·        
Creating
quotations for product and deliver proposals to prospective customers.
Assist
in production scheduling and customer coordination for wall products.
Project
submittal preparation and coordination with engineering.

·        
Develop
and create presentation materials for wall products.
Assist
in marketing planning to help maintain and develop sales and marketing strategy
for corporate and product positioning.
·        
Coordinate
presentations to architects, agencies, engineers and contractors including
appropriate follow through.
Participate
in the coordination and promotion of products at trade shows.
On
site technical representation as needed.

Required Experience

Bachelor’s
degree in marketing, engineering, construction management, business or a
related field.
 Experience
in segmental/modular retaining wall sales.
 Self-motivated,
target driven and results focused.
Ability
to focus both on strategic and day-to-day objectives.
Experience
in website analytics and e-mail marketing a plus but not required.
Strong
presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
 Must
be fully proficient with Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and other
Presentation Programs.
Professional
appearance required.

Full time
position, immediate opening, base salary plus commission, auto reimbursement,
and travel reimbursement.  Full benefits include medical, dental, and
life, majority of cost for employee covered by employer, 401K upon meeting
eligibility time frame with employer match, PTO and holidays.
