NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT
Notice is hereby given that final settlement will be made on the 15th day of September, 2015 on a contract dated July 2, 2014 between the City of Fruita and PNCI Construction, Inc. for the Fruita City Shop Expansion, Phase 1, project. All persons, companies or corporations that have furnished labor, materials or other supplies or service used by PNCI Construction, Inc., under and in connection with the said contract and whose claim has not been paid by the Contractor shall file with the City of Fruita, 325 E. Aspen, Fruita, Colorado, a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim prior to September 15, 2015, the date of final settlement. Failure on the part of the claimant to file such settlement will relieve the owner for any or all liability for such claim.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID
Sealed BIDS for construction of the Town of Palisade, Front Street Sewer Line Improvements, will be received at the offices of the Town of Palisade at 175 East 3rd Street, Palisade, Colorado 81526, until 2:00pm, Thursday, September 17th, 2015, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The project generally consists of the installation of approximately 620 feet of sewer line and appurtenances along Front Street in the Town of Palisade.
A Bid Bond, in the amount of 5% will be required and must accompany the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required upon contract award.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, September 10th, 2015, at the jobsite. Pre-Bid meeting is not mandatory but is strongly suggested.
Copies of Drawings, Specifications, and other Contract Documents for use in preparing Bids may be obtained from the Engineer after August 28, 2015. Electronic documents may be obtained by emailing Brandyn Bair, P.E. at SGM (brandynb@sgm-inc.com) and cc. Joan Preisner with SGM at (joanp@sgm-inc.com). The email subject line shall read: Request for Electronic Bid Documents - Town of Palisade Front Street Sewer Line Improvements Project. The email shall contain the following information: Name, Company, and Phone Number. FTP site login information will be sent via email to the requested once adequate information has been provided. Hard copies are available at cost for each set of Contact Documents. Payment is to be made to Engineer, whose mailing address is: 118 West 6th Street, Suite 200, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601. All payments made for Drawings, Specification, and other Contract Documents are nonrefundable.
Copies of the Drawings and Project Specifications are also on file and may be examined at Engineer's address during normal working hours after August 28, 2015.

This project is being funded in its entirety out of Owner's funds. This work is not subject to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Davis-Bacon wage requirements nor Buy-American Act.
