The permit includes a modification of an existing NPDES permit (PA0236004).

The proposed project will affect approximately 9.38 Acres in Donegal Township, Washington County. The boundaries are located as follows: Beginning at a point 70 FT northwest of the intersection of Waynesburg Road and Kennedy Road, then 815 FT along western side of Waynesburg Road to a point 805 FT northwest of the intersection of Waynesburg Road and Kennedy Road, then 750 FT southwest to a point 3,025 FT southeast of the intersection of Waynesburg Road and Sheperd Lane, then 565 FT southeast to a point 800 FT west of the intersection of Waynesburg Road and Kennedy Road, then 520 FT northeast to a point 300 FT northwest of the intersection of Waynesburg Road and Kennedy Road, then 300 FT southeast to the point of origin. The proposed operation will include a new NPDES outfall (001) located at Latitude 40D 5M 17.41S, Longitude 80D 29M 15.27S that will intermittently discharge storm water from a sediment basin through a decant pipe to unnamed tributary 32469 to Middle Wheeling Creek. A stream variance has been requested for all activities within 100 feet of unnamed tributaries 32469 and 32477, which includes grading, drainage controls, and the above mentioned NPDES outfall. The stream variance for 32469 starts 20 FT southwest of Waynesburg Road and travels 70 FT along the northwest side of the stream; the stream variance for 32477 starts 285 FT northwest of the intersection of Waynesburg Road and Kennedy Road and travels 335 FT along western side of Waynesburg Road.

A road variance has been requested from Donegal Township for activities within 100 feet of Waynesburg Road.
