1991 Rolls-Royce Corniche III

First introduced in 1966, the vehicle name 'Park Ward Two-Door' was first given to the trailblazing convertible, and was eventually renamed the Corniche. Launched in 1971 Rolls-Royce made a dramatic departure from it's Silver clouds to the newer and smaller Shadow platforms. This new generation of 2 door vehicles brought a whole new class of buyers into the Rolls-Royce dealerships, from 1971 to 1996 the Corniche was one of the most desirable and still the most distinctive Rolls-Royce ever offered.
1990 saw the arrival of the Corniche III and the upgrades were extensive. Alloy Wheels now came standard, the Corniche III utilized the new MK Motronic engine management system, air bags were now standard, and a more advanced suspension system was used. Cosmetically the car was identified by bumpers being painted to match the body color, a beautiful Mohair top was an option for the first time and the dash board and center console displayed the most noticeable change. For comfort the seats were given track extenders allowing for more leg and head room.
This 1991 Rolls-Royce Corniche III is unique and equipped with a few rare options. It is finished in Black with Gray Hides and black piping. This elegant Rolls-Royce motorcar has been factory fitted with additional veneered door panels to the door locking unit, the front door handle area, as well as veneered wood to the rear door handle section. The car was also factory ordered with a rare Black Mohair Top. All luxury options come standard as one would expect with a Rolls-Royce including Air Conditioning, Cruise Control, Power windows and Seats, Power top, and for ease of driving Power Brakes, and Steering make driving for a comfortable drive.
