INTERNAL SALES PRODUCER PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To “Provide Exemplary Sales and Service support to our existing and new client base”. Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets and assist in achieving overall Team and Agency goals. Sales producers are also responsible for assisting in management of specific processes as well as servicing existing clients. Participate in all continuous learning and developmental skills opportunities mandated within the Agency.
LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: Must be licensed in Property/Casualty and Life/Health (within six (6) months of employment).
MINIMUM PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Will be determined by Agent and staff and reviewed monthly. A minimum monthly goal of fifteen (15) P&C items and four (4) life items/referrals is mandatory in order to receive P & C bonus.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Complete new business log daily, review at end of month with Agent. Set CPR appointments for Agent. Complete life referral/sales log daily, review at end of month with Agent. Utilize telemarketing sales process to obtain prospects. Contact clients to obtain and confirm appointments. Write new business applications using quote sheets and checklist. Review each application with Agent and/or office manager for accuracy. Plan marketing efforts each morning. Cross-sell existing clients. Handle additional duties as assigned and/or needed by Agent. Write new business applications using quote sheets and checklist. Issue a minimum of fifteen (15) items per month and four (4) life leads. Plan marketing efforts each afternoon for the next day. Review Work Queue in EAgent and My Work Items daily. Document all client contacts in EAgent daily.
