Drawings, Specifications and other documents constituting the Bidding Documents may be examined without charge at AEM Architects, Inc., 3700 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, PA, 19606. Bidders shall register and obtain an electronic copy (flash drive) of the Bidding Documents from AEM Architects, Inc. The non-refundable cost for electronic documents is one hundred dollars ($100) payable to AEM Architects, Inc. Unless the electronic documents are picked up or the bidder provides their UPS or FedEx account number, Bidders shall include thirty dollars ($30) for shipping and handling. Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, cash, bank cashier's check, treasurer's check or Bid Bond in the form provided in the Bidding Documents, with corporate surety satisfactory to the Owner, in an amount not less than 10% of the Base Bid, naming as Obligee Cocalico School District.
