TEXT: Notice is hereby given that Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid has filed new tariff amendments with the Public Service Commission to comply with the Commission's Orders dated January 19, 2023, to become effective February 1, 2023.

ELECTRIC

Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid ("NMPC") filed tariff revisions in response to the New York State Public Service Commission ("PSC") Order Authorizing Phase 2 Arrears Reduction Program ("PSC Order"). Phase 2 of the Arrears Reduction Program provides automatic relief through direct bill credits to residential non- Energy Affordability Program ("EAP") and small-commercial customers who have eligible arrears and who did not receive relief under the Phase 1 program, by issuing a one-time bill credit to reduce or eliminate accrued arrears through May 1, 2022.

Notice is hereby given that starting on February 1, 2023, the AMP Surcharge will include recovery of Phase 2 program costs through customer bills and will be included in the Delivery line item. The AMP Surcharge Statement can be found on the Company's website. For Residential customers:

Public Notice of Regulations Relating to the use of 2,4-D; 2,4,5-T and MCP within or in proximity to the townships of Brant, Evans, and North Collins in Erie County; Lewiston, Cambria, Porter, Wilson and Newfane in Niagara County; and Pomfret, Sheridan, Hanover, Portland, Westfield and Ripley in Chautauqua County

The public is hereby notified pursuant to 33-1105 of the Environmental Conservation Law that the undersigned Commissioner has promulgated an official order relating to the use of the above-named chemical substances in the above-named townships. Said order appears as part of Subchapter A of Chapter IV of Title 6 of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York and provide that:

(1) No person shall use dust forms of 2,4-D; 2,4,5-T or MCP within the above-named townships.

(2) No person shall use ester formulations of 2,4-D; 2,4,5-T or MCP within said townships or within two miles of the boundaries of any grape vineyard located in whole or in part within said townships.

(3) No person shall apply any spray of 2,4-D; 2,4,5-T or MCP within the said townships at a rate of application less than 15 gal. per acre nor at a nozzle pressure exceeding 40 lbs. per square inch nor within 100 feet of any grape vineyard located in whole or in part within said townships.

The said order shall continue in effect unless a petition for modification or rescission is filed with the undersigned Commissioner on or before March 1, 2023. Such petition must be signed by ten or more grape growers or fifty or more persons not grape growers within the townships affected by any particular order. If such petition is duly filed, a hearing thereon will be conducted and a determination made pursuant to the provisions of 33-1105 of the Environmental Conservation Law.
