PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees for the Village of Kenmore will accept sealed tenders at the Office of the Village Clerk-Treasurer, Room 17, Municipal Building, 2919 Delaware Avenue, Kenmore, New York 14217 until 11:00 o'clock a.m. on July 12, 2019 for CDBG Sidewalk Project - Wilber Avenue, Kenmore New York in accordance with specifications therefore approved by the Board of Trustees on June 18, 2019.

This contract will be funded, wholly or partially, with federal funds (Community Development Block Grant) and, as such, subject to all federal rules and regulations pertinent thereto, business enterprises as sources of suppliers, equipment, construction and services. The goals for MBE/WBE participation are 5% for all contracts over $10,000.00.

Project activities may be federally financed under Title I Community Development Act of 1974, as amended. The minimum wage rates to be paid to laborers and mechanics engaged in the construction of this project shall be the latest wage rates established by the Secretary of Labor and State Industrial Commissioner, whichever is greater. All bidders must comply with the President's Executive Order 11246, as amended, and Non-Discrimination and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements as set forth in the contract documents.
