BOSTON STATE ROAD MIXED USE PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Boston Town Board will hold a public hearing to inform the town residents of the amended previously filed application to amend the zoning classification of portions of the approximate 36.59 acres Project Site that is currently zoned C-2 General
Commercial District.

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Boston Town Board will hold the public hearing on December 21, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the Boston Town Hall community room at which time any person may be heard. Copies of the Amended Rezoning Application & Supporting Documentation are located in the office of the Town Clerk, where it is available for inspection by any interested person during regular office hours.
