CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT - POOL Grays Harbor PUD is accepting applications from customer oriented people for a pool of applicants for future vacancies in our Customer Service Support position. We do not have a vacancy to fill at this time; however, we anticipate having Customer Service Support vacancies open up over the course of the next twelve (12) months. This posting is to establish a pool of qualified applicants that we may draw from over the next year. Complete application packets must be received by the closing date for consideration. Customer Service Support duties include payment processing, mail processing, switchboard and reception. Applicants should have strong interpersonal skills; accurate cash handling experience; personal computer and data entry experience; knowledge of office machines; positive attitude and experience in serving customers.
