EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT Grays Harbor Community Hospital Aberdeen, WA This top level position supports the CEO, CFO and elected Board of Commissioners. Additionally serves as the Public Records Officer for the organization. Organizational expectations of this salaried position include the highest level of confidentiality and decorum. A few of the responsibilities include: Maintain high level of addressing and prioritizing multiple/competing projects, maintain confidentiality and discretion pertaining to all communication and documents; manages Hospital and District Board and Board Committee meetings; ensure RCW requirements are met for the Open Public Meetings Act and Public Records Request for both the Hospital and Board of Commissioners; responsible to compose and produce correspondence and records of request; manage calendars, emails, and correspondence/documents for CEO/CFO/Board of Commissioners; assist CEO/CFO Direct Reports, including onboarding and orientation; provide education as needed to Leadership, Board of Commissioners, and staff; coordinate travel for Board of Commissioners and all hospital staff. Must have the highest degree of ethical standards regarding privacy and confidentiality, a strong sense of self-direction and organizational skills and a strong belief in customer service and supporting the mission and values of the organization. Five years’ experience supporting Executive Leadership; expert knowledge in Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel; AA or BS preferred.
