POSITION AVAILABLE GENERAL MANAGER Ocean Shores Community Club The Community Club is seeking a self-motivated and results-driven professional to direct and manage the Club's business activities. Duties include allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring excellent customer service, engaging with vendors and contractors, hiring and training employees, and monitoring financial activities. Your leadership abilities and job experience will assist our organization in providing excellent recreational facilities and member services, completing projects and meeting all other business objectives. The successful candidate for this position should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities. Position Requirements: Business degree and minimum 5 years job experience or equivalent job experience.
