An Administrative Conditional Use permit is required to approve a marijuana processing facility in the General Industrial zone, pursuant to Table 14.40-I LSMC. • Required Permits include: Administrative Conditional Use Permit and building permits. • Submitted reports include: Traffic Memorandum • Conditional Use Permits are a Type II permit, requiring public notice and an administrative decision.
