Office Manager CPA firm in Freeland Washington is looking to hire an experienced Office Manager.  Responsibilities include support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly, manage office supplies, inventory and place orders as needed. Perform receptionist duties; greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls, pick up and sort incoming mail, deliveries and manage outgoing mail.  Provide other administrative support as necessary.  Qualification include excellent customer service 3, 2-3 years of work experience, familiar with tax return filing requirements, attention to detail, strong organization and time management skills and ability to prioritize, must be self-starter with excellent communication skills.  Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.  Please send your resume to PO Box 340, Freeland, WA 98249
