City of Sultan City Council Notice of Public Hearing SUBJECT: Sultan School District 2020-2025 Capital Facilities Plan DESCRIPTION: The Sultan School District has recently completed and adopted a 2020-2025 Capital Facilities Plan. The City is required to adopt the plan as an addendum to its Comprehensive Plan. The plan also updates the school impact fee which is collected by the school district for development within the city limits. PUBLIC HEARING: The City of Sultan will hold a Public Hearing before the City Council at their January 28th, 2021 meeting at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held virtually in observance of public health directives in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Instructions for attending the virtual hearing will be posted on the City Council webpage (https://ci.sultan.wa.us/205/City-Council). COMMENT PERIOD: Comments will be accepted from the date of this notice through the close of the public comment period of the hearing. All persons are invited to comment in writing during the comment period or in person at the public hearing.
