CITY OF LYNNWOOD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZAINAB ORGANIZATION OF GREATER SEATTLE - REZONE (FILE NO. RZN-009376-2020) Application and Project Description: On July 13, 2020, the Zainab Organization of Greater Seattle submitted an application to rezone (reclassify) an approximately 0.80 acre property from the Neighborhood Commercial (NC) to General Commercial (CG) zone. The Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use designation of the property is Regional Commercial (RC). The application was deemed complete September 28, 2020. Location: The property is located at 5707 198TH ST SW, Lynnwood, WA (00565300000404). Approval Required: This is a site-specific rezone subject to Chapter 21.22 of the Lynnwood Municipal Code (LMC). The application is subject to Process I of Chapter 1.35 LMC. A decision will be made by the hearing examiner following a public hearing.
