RN TEAM SUPERVISOR Responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all Nursing Services within the Agency. Participates in establishing, implementing, and reviewing effective nursing policies which complement the clinic’s goals and strategic plan. Ensures patient care throughout the organization is exceptional. Creates and monitors budgets, reviews and develops training programs, and ensures that nursing record keeping is in strict compliance with clinic requirements and legal regulations. Represents the organization to other clinics and community agencies. Assigns, directs, and appraises Nursing personnel. Come join the leading team! Home Health, hospice, acute care, and/or skilled nursing facility experience preferred. Requires current Registered Nursing license.
